25th Wedding Celebration and Vow Renewal

An extremely elegant Garden Party and a day full of sunshine and fun!

We love nothing more than to be trusted with all aspects of your event planning from the initial idea stage right through to the delivery of your dream day.

When we met our gorgeous clients who wanted to host this event to celebrate their 25 amazing years of marriage and renew their vows we instantly connected. They put their immediate trust in our hands and we had very unformal chat about their ‘wish list’ for the day.

Their vision was to create the Ultimate garden party experience for their guests from the initial arrival drinks following onto their ceremony, catering and entertainment from the afternoon through until the early hours. They wanted to use their stunning grounds set in the country side and we were excited about what we were able to create for them. We looked at the space that we had available and the planning was underway!

We decided to house this in our stunning white marquee with circus style peaks which would be the central point of the garden set back amongst the trees. We decorated the area with lanterns, fairy lights and a festoon canopy which would of course completely transform the look and feel and allow the venue to come to life in the evening…..

They decided on a dreamy outdoor ceremony. We created an intimate ceremony area using chiavari chairs, a raised stage area for guaranteed viewing of the vow exchange no matter where you were seated. We laid a cream aisle runner with white aisle pillars which we lavished with breath-taking cream and white flowers teamed with lots of foliage to continue the garden feel that was to be the theme of the day with the most stunning focal floral arch to be placed at the end of the aisle to give the perfect photographic back drop! With guest reactions it could have been anywhere in the world. You were transported instantly to the most picturesque setting- simply stunning!

After the ceremony we opened up the entrance of the marquee so that there was seating if they wished our clients decided that bowl food of those family favourites would work for their guests. Fish & chips, a curry and nuggets and chips were served accompanied with a selection of other sides and sauces. Later on in the evening we served a mouth-watering summertime BBQ feast with everything from prawns to burgers and sausages and vegetable skewers! Again, all bulked out with a juicy selection of sides and condiments. Yummmm!

When it came to having something for everyone this glorious day had it all. We had an ice cream van for guests-I mean is there anything better on a summers day?! Our white wedding bouncy castle was a hit with guests of all ages! There was female vocalist singing for the guests whilst they tucked in! Safe to say we achieve the relaxed, ultimate afternoon garden party experience.

As the evening rolled in and additional evening guests arrived to join in the celebrations we had a three piece upbeat band to start the evening with a bang! The band sets spread out with our 1 Entertainments DJ sets to keep the song selection and . Ending with an incredible display of talents from a bongo player and saxophonist!
